Native to Florida! I was born in Daytona Beach and moved to Jacksonville in 1991 with my mother, father, and grandmother. Through request of my grandmother, she suggested to my parents that I should get involved with Martial Arts! I was a high energy child that loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In 1993, at 7 years old, was when I took my first lesson in the ITF system of Taekwon-Do. Not knowing (at the time) the ITF system was considered the original Taekwon-Do, but the only thing that was clear to me was I wanted to take it all the way and become a Grand Master. I made an agreement, at that young age, that I wanted to be known as the “nicest Grand Master anyone has ever met”. I am fortunate to still be able to continue the commitment I promised myself those many years ago. Taekwon-Do has been a great asset in my life. It has taken me to many countries to compete at the highest level, but most importantly it allows me to teach, train, and help others in this journey called life. I believe we all have a purpose, and I was blessed to have found mine early in my childhood. 

Thank you “Big Ma” for being the one to set path for your grandson’s future, I’m still at it! Today, I have my amazing and wonderful supportive wife who is my rock, which we have two beautiful children together! Thank you to my amazing parents who have supported me throughout my entire journey! Also a special thanks to all my friends, family and the community of St. John’s for the continual support for my family and Titus Taekwon-Do Institute. I am forever humbled.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, moved to Jacksonville to finish out my nursing degree in 2012. I have my Nursing degree and act as such for the studio if need be. I am your go to person for all things outside of the physical training aspect.
