Titus Taekwon-Do Institute

1. Payment Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel payments at any time or for any period, your spot in the program will not be held. If you change number of students training at anytime old pricing will not be honored. You will be charged the current rates.

Return to Program: Upon your return, it is required that you contact us via email or text to set up a return date.

Rates: Upon returning, current rates will apply along with a registration fee. Previous rates will not be honored.

30-Day Payment Policy: Titus Taekwon-Do requires 30-day written (30-day prior to when your payment is being charged) notice to stop a payment. Later than 30-day notice will result in payment being charged in full with no refund. No exceptions.

2. Sick Policy

If you or your child are sick, please stay home. Enforcement: We reserve the right to send children home if we determine they are sick.

3. Testing Policy

Scheduling: Testing is based on when Mr. Titus feels the students are ready and all requirements are met.

No Makeup Testing: There will be no makeup testing opportunities. If you or your child cannot attend a scheduled testing, you will be added to the next available testing round. We are unable to accommodate makeup testing's due to our own family commitments.

4. Declined Payments

All declined payments must be updated before you or your child can return to classes. Additionally, payments must be current before testing opportunities will be considered. Fees: Will be charged a $25 late/ processing fee if not updated within 48 hours.

5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy

Arrival Time: Students may not be dropped off earlier than scheduled class times. We have back to back classes and this is for their own safety. They will be let in five minutes prior to class starting.

Pick-Up Time: Students must be picked up promptly at the end of their class.

Fees: If students are dropped off early or picked up late, a fee will be charged to cover the additional supervision required. Ongoing Classes: If there is a class already in session, early drop-offs are at your own risk. We are not responsible for supervising children before their class time if they arrive early.
